Announcement: Applications are being accepted for two vacancies on the Community Development Citizens Committee, an advisory group to the Fullerton City Council. Both posts are for four-year terms. The Community Development Citizens Committee provides citizen input to the City Council on the development, implementation and evaluation of Fullerton’s Community Development Block Grant Program. Don’t miss this Saturday at 10am-12pm, Dr. Flora Morris Brown, author of Color Your Life Happy, will lead a workshop, “How to Write a Nonfiction Book Even if You’re an Ordinary Person and Hated High School English” at California State University Fullerton, in the Titan Student Union. The fee for the workshop is $49 and includes a workbook with book publishing resources. Participants must preregister.
