It is summer and everyone needs a vacation, including businesses, so there might not be as many things going on in town today but there still is quite a few regular weekly deals to take advantage of! Take your kids to storytime and after head out for some lunch specials. And if you aren’t feeling like having tacos this week we have 4 prime rib specials and the Epic Dinner food truck stop for you! And if that heat is getting to you, head inside for free air conditioning at Happy Hour, or (if you do have a craving for them) Taco Tuesday is in town!

All Day: From today through July 11 the Small Dog Area of the Pooch Park will be closed to allow for grass recovery and maintenance repairs from heavy use. There will be a temporary area fenced off in the large dog area for small dogs during the closure.

10:15am: Toddler Storytime at the Hunt Branch Library(Room D) is for children under 3 years of age and younger, accompanied by an adult. This program provides children with first group experience in enjoying books, nursery rhymes, songs and fingerplays.

10:45am: Join the Hunt Branch Library for Wheels on the Bus Summer Storytime. Registration is required for the program with songs, crafts, puppet shows and more aimed at 3-6 year olds.

11am-2pm: Looking for Mexican fare near Cal State Fullerton? Cantina Lounge has lunch specials starting at $6.99.

It’s Tuesday and it’s starting to get really hot in Fullerton! Summer has reared it’s head but there is plenty for you to do to beat the heat in town! Head inside for free air conditioning at Happy Hour, or Taco Tuesday in town! (And check out our July 4 page!)
